Due to logistic issues, the organizing committee of SQUAD-2 decided to postpone the conference to 12, 13 & 14 April 2018.- - - - Suite à des raisons logistiques, le comité d'organisation de SQUAD-2 a décidé de reporter la conférence à 12, 13 et 14 Avril 2018.



Synthetic or natural food contaminants can be found at all stages of food chain, from farm to fork. Food-borne pathogens can cause severe diarrhea or systemic infections, including meningitis. Furthermore, chemical contamination can also lead to severe intoxications or chronic diseases. Uncooked food, fruits and vegetables contaminated by fecal materials, as well as sea foods containing biotoxins, are considered as unsafe foods for consumption.
